    CHIKARASPORT offers a variety of training session formats.  Whether you are an elite-level athlete looking for that competitive edge, or the weekend warrior simply interested in increasing fitness levels, we have the programs that will deliver superior results.

    Training formats include:

    Individual Training: For the elite-level athlete who desires one-on-one performance enhancement training.

    Group Training: For the competitive athlete who desires performance enhancement training in an open group setting.  This is a great competitive environment which encourages athletes to challenge one another.

    Team Training: For athletic teams who desire performance enhancement training within a team environment.  Great for developing team cohesion, in addition to performance enhancement and improved sport-specific conditioning.
