Athlete Performance
Our Philosophy
Individualized, sport-specific design
All training programs are designed with an athlete's particular sport, position and individual needs in mind. A single training session may consist of a team of athletes or athletes from different sports, but each athlete's workout will have differences based not only on their sport and position, but also on their specific strengths and weaknesses as identified by performance during workouts and from data collected during physical performance assessments. Performance assessments are repeated quarterly so that athletes, coaches and parents can track progress and coaching staff can redesign workouts accordingly.
Movement-based training
With primary focus on movement-based training, our programs offer an innovative, multi-dimensional approach for each athlete. Programs are designed to enhance performance by increasing power output and movement efficiency, while at the same time decreasing the risk of injury.
Whole-athlete approach
We recognize that all athletes benefit not only from attention to physical development, but also from attention to mental and moral aspects of athletics and life so our coaching staff incorporate all areas of an athlete's life into their training.

Program Formats
Individual: Individual training is one-on-one training for athletes who would like maximum feedback and coaching attention.
Group: In group training sessions, athletes train in a group setting with a maximum athlete to coach ratio of 6 to 1. The groups can include athletes of the same or different sports. Although athletes are training in a group setting, each athlete has their own, individualized workout for each session. Athletes benefit from the friendly competition that arises between athletes training during the same session.
Team: Team training sessions are sessions reserved for entire teams. Team training not only develops individual athletes, but also fosters the spirit of teamwork and team building.
