ChikaraSport provides athlete performance and Olympic weightlifting training. Founded on the latest scientific research and proven training methods in the areas of athlete performance enhancement, our programs have been created to meet the needs of both the developmental and elite athlete who are striving to compete at their highest level.
We value the development of each athlete and believe that the process is as important as the goal. We understand that each athlete is unique and requires training tailored to meet his/her individual needs and goals. We believe in the importance of empowering our athletes by educating them throughout the training process so that they can be active and in control of their personal development.
Our sport-specific training programs enhance athletic conditioning and preparedness in a variety of supervised settings. All training workouts are tailored to each individual athlete.
Founded in 2003, Chikara Weightlifting Club is registered with USA Weightlifting, the national governing body of Olympic weightlifting in the United States.
